(Bismarck, ND) — Governor Kelly Armstrong is announcing new leaders for a couple of state offices. Yesterday, he appointed Reice Haase to serve as the director of the state’s Department of Water Resources. Zach Greenberg replaces Haase as the state’s interim labor commissioner to head the Department of Labor and Human Rights. Haase had been a senior policy advisor to former Governor Doug Burgum, while Greenberg had recently worked as a legal and policy adviser in the governor’s office.
