(Bismarck, ND) — Governor Doug Burgum says the country needs a president focused on the challenges we face as a nation, not one making decisions on what books should be on library shelves. He also said people should not expect the president to weigh-in on every issue. Burgum jumped into the race for the Republican presidential nomination last month.
