Gov. Burgum Won’t Seek Third Term, Giving State Of The State Address Today

(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum has announced he won’t be seeking a third term. Burgum says part of the reason for his decision is his desire to spend more time with family, and not because of Trump’s promise to find a place for him in his administration. The announcement comes just before the Governor’s 2024 State of the State address, which will take place at 11:00 a.m. today at Dickinson State University’s Dorothy Stickney Auditorium.
