(Bismarck, ND) — Flags are flying at half-staff across the state in honor of the victims of the Texas mall shootings. Governor Doug Burgum directed the lowering of the flag at all government buildings yesterday. The governor encourages all residents to do the same. Flags will remain lowered until Thursday at sunset.
