(Bismarck, ND) — Governor-elect Kelly Armstrong is busy forming his administration. He announced yesterday that retired Adjutant General Alan Dohrmann will lead his transition team. Former Office of Management and Budget Director Joe Morrisette and Campaign Manager Jacy Schafer will serve as the team’s co-chairs. Other appointments include Roz Leighton as chief of staff, Christopher Joseph as general counsel, and Mike Nowatzki as communications director.
