(Grand Forks, ND) — Seventeen planes and 800 people are being transfered to Grand Forks Air Force Base from Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota. The Air Force says it’s a temporary move to accommodate a runway construction project at Ellsworth. The transfer of B-1B Lancers and personnel should begin this month and last about ten months.
