(Grand Forks, ND) — A Grand Forks daycare provider is pleading not guilty to a charge of felony child abuse. Twenty-two-year-old Jarae Grad entered her plea after waiving her preliminary hearing Monday. Court documents say the woman was caught on video slamming a child under the age of six to the ground. Grad allegedly told investigators she was frustrated and mad. The incident is said to have happened October 15th at Hopeful Beginnings at the Grand Cities Mall.
