(Grand Forks, ND) — A Grand Forks family is calling for change following the death of their daughter in June in an alleged drunk driving crash. Nicole and Robert Louthain are selling T-shirts that read ”Justice for Katarina.” Money raised will go to families in need at her old elementary school, Nathan Twining. It will help towards paying school lunch balances and funding the color run, which was Katarina’s favorite event. The two say penalties for those who drink and drive are not strict enough, with the man accused in the death due in court January 2nd. The shirts are being sold online until the new year.
