(Grand Forks, ND) — The Grand Forks man charged in the fatal shooting at a downtown bar July 4th is pleading not guilty. Nicholas Narveson is accused of gunning down James Jorgenson at Sledster’s Food & Brew and then fleeing the scene. Narveson could face life in prison if convicted.
