(Grand Forks, ND) — A Grand Forks murder suspect who refused to attend a court appearance yesterday is scheduled for another one today. Donald Bartlette, who’s accused in the beating death of Tony Kiehl, refused to leave his cell for Monday’s court date. Bartlette was arrested last Friday and police say he’s made several self-defense claims.
