Grand Forks Woman Faces Terrorizing, Child Neglect Charges

(Grand Forks, ND) — A Grand Forks woman has been charged with multiple crimes following a domestic dispute over the weekend. Police were called to a local apartment complex on Sunday, where officers say they spotted 23-year-old Ladericka Banks walking down a staircase holding two knives with blood on her hand. Police say she slashed her boyfriend’s tires during an argument, and got blood from her hand on an officer’s face when she pushed him away. Her children were also reportedly present during the incident. Banks faces charges of terrorizing, child neglect, criminal mischief, and contact by bodily fluid.
