Grand Forks Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Meth Possession Charge

(Grand Forks, ND) — A Grand Forks woman is facing up to 20 years in prison if convicted of felony meth possession within 300 feet of a school. Tara Rose Garza pleaded not guilty Monday. Garza was arrested October 4th after she was captured on video allegedly making a drug deal about 165 feet from an elementary school.
