Grant Program Would Help Keep Rural Grocery Stores Afloat

(Bismarck, ND) — A new proposal is designed to help boost the fortunes of small-town North Dakota grocery stores. The grant money would be allocated by the state Department of Commerce. The state Senate approved the measure earlier this week.
