(Bismarck, ND — Fargo’s Karen Grindberg is the new District 41 representative in the state House. She was sworn in yesterday to fill the vacancy left when Representative Michelle Strinden was elected lieutenant governor. Grindberg, who is Strinden’s sister-in-law, was unanimously appointed to the seat by the Republican Party’s District 41 executive committee.
