(Mandan, ND) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a person fired a gun from a car on I-94 near Mandan Sunday afternoon. An NDHP officer was driving behind the vehicle on the interstate, and reportedly heard a gunshot and saw the car’s passenger side window shatter. Two men inside the car were arrested without incident, and police say they found a gun inside the vehicle. The two men face charges of being felons in possession of a firearm.
