(Bismarck, ND) — Insurance rates for Obamacare are going up in North Dakota. The North Dakota Department of Insurance on Thursday announced rate increases for Affordable Care Act plans next year. The department says it’s the first time in nearly eight years that they have increased rates, and that the increases will affect both small group and individual plans. Open enrollment starts November 1st.
