(Williams County, ND) — A hearing date is set in Northwest District Court for noise concerns caused by the Atlas Power Data Center in Williams County. Twenty-two residents filed a civil lawsuit against Atlas Power and Williams County. They want at least 50-thousand dollars in damages against the company and a court order stating the county must enforce its zoning ordinances. Both Atlas and Williams County indicated they want the suit dismissed. A District Court is expected to rule on the motions on March 20th.
