High-Speed Internet Providers Awarded Millions

(Bismarck, ND) — The North Dakota Information Technology department is awarding 37-million dollars to internet providers in the state. The funding will be used to bring high-speed internet to rural parts of North Dakota. Counties in the state such as Grant, Burke, Williams, Divide, and others are on the list to receive high-speed internet services from the program. According to project leaders, the service will provide an internet speed of at least 100 megabits per second. The project will provide improved internet to at least 2,000 homes in the state.
