Highland Cattle Calf Born At Minot Zoo

(Minot, ND) — The Roosevelt Park Zoo in Minot is announcing the birth of its newest resident highland cattle. Sully and Sage gave birth to their calf about two weeks ago, according to zoo officials. Workers named the baby calf “Sprite” on account of the calf’s energy. Officials say once the calf is a bit older she will be sent to another zoo, but which zoo hasn’t been determined yet.
