(Horace, ND) — Stephanie Landstrom is officially on the ballot for a recall election in Horace. Landstrom did not resign her city council seat by yesterday’s deadline, so it will be up to the voters to remove her. The recall was initiated by the City Auditor’s office after claims she intentionally delayed improvements to Wall Avenue. The recall election will be held August 15th.
