(Bismarck, ND) — A North Dakota House bill is set to improve transparency surrounding land and property leases held by the state. The bill is a reaction to controversy surrounding the cost of a building leased to the Attorney General’s office. Both chambers have passed the measure, which is now headed to Governor Burgum’s desk.
