(Bismarck, ND) — Ian Cramer, son of North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer has pleaded not guilty to charges he faces in connection with a crash that killed a Mercer County Deputy. It happened last year, when Cramer allegedly stole his mother’s vehicle and led police on a car chase through Mercer County. Authorities say the pursuit ended when he reportedly crashed into a patrol vehicle on the side of the road, killing Deputy Paul Martin. Cramer is scheduled to go to trial in July in Mercer County.
