(Fargo, ND) — The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is looking for an inmate who never returned from his work release. Ronnie Simons left Center Inc. to work on April 28th. The job says he never showed up and Center says he never returned. Center Inc. provides transitional housing and rehab for inmates released from custody.
