(Fargo, ND) — North Dakota Democrats are deciding their leaders for the 2025 legislative session. The party announced yesterday Representative Zac Ista of Grand Forks and Senator Kathy Hogan of Fargo and will continue as minority leaders in the state House and Senate. Republicans hold a supermajority in the Legislative Assembly — 83-to-eleven in the House and 42-to-five in the Senate.
