(Bismarck, ND) — A proposed measure that aims to legalize recreational marijuana in North Dakota is approaching the number of signatures needed for it to appear on the ballot this November. There are currently more than 15-thousand signatures, and 15-thousand-582 are needed. Those in support of the measure say they’re confident it will make it to the ballot. Two previous attempts to legalize recreational marijuana in the state in 2018 and 2022 failed.
