(Bismarck, ND) — Two popular summer spots in Bismarck will not be opening for the season. Parks and Rec officials say due to a lifeguard shortage, only Hillside Pool will be open to the public. Elks and the wave pool will remain closed, but the indoor pools at BSC Aquatic and Wellness Center will stay open. Hillside will open June 5th.
