(Mandan, ND) — The City of Mandan is getting two-million dollars to assist with neighborhood revitalization. The program sponsored by Gate City Bank will seek to renovate older homes in the city’s core neighborhoods. Qualified homeowners can apply for low-interest loans between ten and a hundred-thousand dollars. The deadline to apply for a loan is October 31st.
