(Fargo, ND) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a Minnesota man is facing charges of DUI and resisting arrest after he allegedly assaulted an NDHP trooper. This happened yesterday afternoon in Fargo when Oscar Lee Jr. of Moorhead was pulled over for suspicion of DUI with children in the vehicle. The Highway Patrol says the man hit and kicked the trooper multiple times while being placed under arrest. The trooper suffered minor injuries and was treated at a hospital.
