(Fargo, ND) — A man faces a criminal charge after he allegedly damaged several vehicles in Fargo last weekend. Witnesses say Gunnar Cowing picked up a traffic cone and began striking cars with it, smashing windows, doors, and side-view mirrors. Cowing allegedly caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. He faces a criminal mischief charge and is next due in court on September 11th.
