(Grand Forks, ND) — A man who allegedly attacked a woman and set fire to her Grand Forks home is scheduled to appear in court today. Grand Forks police tell WDAY-TV James Laducer and the woman were in the process of breaking up. Laducer went to the woman’s home and the victim says he punched and kicked her before setting fire to a cardboard box in the upstairs bedroom. No one was seriously injured including seven-year-old twins who were home during the alleged attack.
