Man Arrested After Jamestown Pursuit

(Jamestown, ND) — A Mandan man faces nearly a-dozen charges after authorities say he led a Highway Patrol officer on a high-speed chase. It began around noon on Tuesday, when the trooper tried to pull over 27-year-old Chance Standridge for speeding on I-94, but he reportedly took off. The chase continued into Jamestown where police say Standridge crashed into another car and then ran from the scene. He was later found and arrested on 11 charges, including several outstanding warrants. The driver of the other car wasn’t hurt.
