Man Arrested For Downtown Fargo Assault

(Fargo, ND) — A man has been arrested in connection with an assault that happened in downtown Fargo. The incident happened early Sunday morning outside the Old Broadway bar and restaurant. Video of the altercation posted to social media shows a man being punched, and then kicked after he falls to the ground. On Thursday, police arrested Jeremy Dalton for the assault. An investigation into the incident is still ongoing, and there’s no word on what charges have been filed at this time.
