(Fargo, ND) — Police arrested a man for allegedly firing a rifle in downtown Fargo last Friday. Witnesses say the man pulled up next to their car and yelled something at them before he parked his vehicle in front of them, got out, and took a rifle out of the trunk. The witnesses say the man fired one shot, though the bullet didn’t strike their vehicle. Investigators linked the vehicle seen during the confrontation to Andy Hernandez, and he was arrested on multiple charges including terrorizing and discharging a firearm within city limits.
