(Minot, ND) — A Minot man was surprised to find an uninvited guest in his house Tuesday morning. Police say he came home and noticed his front door was open and saw an unfamiliar car in his driveway, and then discovered a man he didn’t know taking a shower inside his house. Officers arrived after the homeowner called 911 and the man resisted arrest, but he was eventually taken into custody. Police say the suspect stole the car that was found in the home’s driveway, and he faces charges of motor vehicle theft, trespassing, and preventing arrest.
