Man Arrested Stealing From Captain Jack’s Again

(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man is facing charges for robbing Captain Jack’s Liquor Land this week. Police say 23-year-old Morgan Silk stuffed a liter bottle of Jim Beam down his pants and tried to walk out. When he was confronted by a store employee he pulled a box cutter and threatened that employee. After he was arrested, police noted that Silk had an active trespass order for Captain Jack’s South after six previous incidents at the same store.
