(Bowdon, ND) — A man faces charges in connection with a two-vehicle crash near Bowdon. It happened last Friday when police say Eric Hvinden crashed his vehicle into the back of a semi-truck on Highway 200. Hvinden wasn’t wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and police say they found an open alcohol container in his pickup truck. He was taken to a hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries, and he’s been charged with driving under suspension and was cited for having an open container.
