Man Charged After Vehicle Pursuit

(Minot, ND) — A Minot man is being charged with multiple offenses after he led police on a car chase. The pursuit happened over the weekend, when Tylor Lavallie reportedly fled from a traffic stop. According to law enforcement, he blew through stop signs, nearly hit other cars, drove onto the sidewalk, and reached speeds of up to 70 miles-per-hour as he sped through neighborhoods. Lavallie eventually ditched the car near a baseball field, and was taken into custody after he tried to escape on foot. Police allegedly found drugs in the car, and Lavallie is facing multiple charges related to the car chase and substances.
