(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man faces criminal charges following a single-vehicle crash that injured a child on Sunday. Police say 28-year-old Antonio Beccera Garcia was speeding and driving under the influence when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed near the State Capitol. A six-year-old child in the car was taken to a hospital to be treated for minor injuries. Beccera Garcia is charged with child neglect, driving under suspension, and DUI with a minor. He’s next due in court on September 9th.
