Man Charged For CO2 Gun Shooting

(Grand Forks, ND) — A man is facing criminal charges for allegedly shooting and injuring a girl with a CO2 gun in Grand Forks. The shooting happened last month, and court documents say suspect Tony Rodriguez was driving a vehicle through an alley and confronted a group of juveniles. He then reportedly fired a C02 handgun at them, striking a girl in her back and leg. One round was lodged in her arm and had to be removed at a hospital. Rodriguez is being charged with aggravated assault and terrorizing.
