(Fargo, ND) — A Fargo man is pleading guilty in relation to his involvement in a deadly drive-by shooting. Back in the summer of 2020, Santino Marial was found fatally shot at an apartment complex in southern Fargo. An investigation determined that Joshua Brooks allegedly organized the shooting, and was the person who drove the vehicle. At a recent appearance in Cass County District Court, Brooks pleaded guilty to one charge of accomplice to murder. His sentencing date has not yet been set.
