Man Faces Drug Charges After Causing Traffic Disturbance

(Bismarck, ND) — A man was arrested and faces several drug charges after he reportedly caused a traffic disturbance Wednesday. Deputies responded to a report of a man pulled over on the side of Highway 83 north of Bismarck, with his pants around his ankles throwing items into the road. Arriving deputies encountered 40-year-old Jeremy May, and a search of his car allegedly turned up 51 grams of cocaine, 75 grams of psychedelic mushrooms, and more than 68 grams of marijuana. He’s charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, a hallucinogenic substance, and marijuana, as well as refusing a field sobriety test.
