Man High On Meth Prompts Evacuation Of Apartment Building

(Bismarck, ND) — A man caused property damage and the evacuation of a Bismarck apartment building while allegedly high on meth. Police were called to an apartment complex along West Bowen Avenue on Sunday, where the man had reportedly kicked in a door, tore off a doorbell, and pulled a fire alarm that prompted the evacuation. The man was identified as Andrew Greff, and he resisted arrest until police tased him. He was taken to the Burleigh Morton Detention Center on charges of Terrorizing, Criminal Mischief, and Preventing Arrest.
