Man In Custody For Shooting CO2 Gun At Car

(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man is in custody for allegedly shooting a CO2 gun at an occupied vehicle. This past weekend, Bismarck police responded to a 911 call from a teen girl who said a man fired a CO2 gun at her car, and officers quickly located the suspect. He was identified as Kaleb Marshall, and he claimed that the teenage occupants of the car were yelling at him and had “flipped him off” prior to the shooting. Marshall was arrested and is facing charges for Criminal Mischief, Reckless Endangerment, and Terrorizing. No injuries were reported in connection with the shooting.
