Man Pleads Not Guilty To Attempted Murder

(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man has pleaded not guilty to charges of attempted murder and terrorizing. The shooting happened last month, when police say Adrian Bustillos fired a gun at another man after they got into an argument. Bustillos barricaded himself in a home for hours following the shooting, but he eventually surrendered after a SWAT team was called to the scene. His trial is scheduled to begin on March 5th, and Bustillos faces up to 25 years in prison.
