(Mandan, ND) — A Mandan man has been sentenced to five years in prison for dealing meth and tampering with evidence. Police say they found more than 50 grams of meth last month when they pulled over a vehicle driven by Michael Bakke. Authorities say officers heard Bakke talking on his phone admitting he had the drugs, and that he reset his phone to erase evidence of criminal activity. In addition to the prison sentence, he’s also required to pay a 10-thousand-dollar fine.
