(Cooperstown, ND) — A man who crashed into a power pole near Cooperstown while under the influence last month was given a five-day suspended sentence Tuesday. Police say it happened when Casey Zuck lost control of his vehicle on Highway 6, and the wreck left him and a passenger with minor injuries. Zuck pleaded guilty to DUI and having an open alcohol container in his vehicle. He’s also required to get a chemical dependency evaluation, complete 20 hours of community service, and pay about a-thousand dollars in fines.
