(Mapleton, ND) — A man who shot at a woman in Mapleton has been sentenced to five years in prison. It happened last June, and 27-year-old Kyle Quito was charged with aggravated assault, multiple terrorizing charges, reckless endangerment, and refusal to halt. An attempted murder charge he was facing was dropped as part of a plea deal, which canceled Quito’s trial scheduled for last November. He was sentenced on Monday.
