Mandan Cigar Lounge Closer To Approval

While state law allows for cigar lounges, local officials have to complete paper work and approve the ordinance allowing for the lounge. Big Stick Cigars owner Julie Dupree says recent discussions with city leaders on the topic suggest that an approval is on the way. North Dakota law requires a ventilation system for cigar lounges, and bans vapes, cigarettes, and pipes from such businesses.
