Mandan Man Pleads Not Guilty To Attempted Murder

(Mandan, ND) — A Mandan man accused of shooting another man has pleaded not guilty to attempted murder. The shooting happened last December, and allegedly occurred while Christopher Torres and another man were arguing over a girl. The other man suffered a gunshot wound to his chest, but survived. Officers say Torres told them he first fired a warning shot.
