Mandan Man Pleads Not Guilty To Drug Charges

(Mandan, ND) — A Mandan man facing felony drug charges has pleaded not guilty. Authorities say Demoris Frederick was pulled over by police on April 1st. He reportedly refused to obey commands, acted suspiciously, and then took off in the vehicle before stopping again. He was then arrested, and when officers searched the vehicle, they reportedly found suspected meth and fentanyl. Frederick is currently on probation in connection with a 2021 stabbing case, and prosecutors are seeking to send him back to prison on the new felony drug charges.
